Process Technology's Cleanroom Certification

Process Technology's cleanroom facility has recently been certified ISO-5 in accordance with the internationally accepted ISO-14644-1 standard. This is equivalent to the Federal 209E standard for a Class 100 cleanroom.

The particle counts and room were tested for their respected classifications at the .5 micron particle size. Process Technology's cleanroom houses manufacturing assembly and testing for its high purity product group. Included in these products are: UPDI heaters, in-line chemical heaters, and fluoropolymer heat exchangers.
