IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THERMAL PROTECTORS

Process Technology has issued an important Field Service Bulletin (please download PDF) containing information on an important safety issue regarding the ground wires on thermal protectors installed in Process Technology heaters and replacement thermal protectors manufactured after December 15, 2009.

We are able to identify distributors and OEMs who purchased the affected products, as well as any customer to whom we drop shipped, but we will need assistance identifying shipments made directly to resellers rather than to end users.

We will need your help if you purchased and re-shipped these products. However, shipments made directly to the reseller rather than to end users are difficult for us track. If you re-shipped any of these affected products we will need your assistance to identify and communicate with these customers.

Please forward this Field Service Bulletin to any customers who may be affected by this product issue, especially those noted above. Or, if you prefer, you may forward a list of affected customers and their addresses to Process Technology and we will communicate with them directly.

If you are an end user, please follow the directions noted within the Field Service Bulletin and forward the information to the departments within your company that would be using these products. A video tutorial is below for your assistance.
