Process Technology is committed to providing our customers with the best service. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we have extended our customer service hours! Customers can now receive assistance from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays*. These new hours provide additional time for our valued West Coast and European customers to receive customer assistance or to place an order.

In addition to these extended customer service hours, Process Technology can now ship most phone/fax orders for stocked products (received before 3:00 p.m. ET) the same day! So give us a call if you need early morning or evening assistance!

*Extended hours do not apply to holiday weeks surrounding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Day.
